Customers who anticipate scheduling service providers regularly can also request access to our online scheduling portal, GridCheck.

2 Hour Minimum:
All standard interpreting, transliteration, or transcribing services are billed at the initial two-hour minimum.
24 Hour Cancellation Notice:
Cancellation requests must be made with more than 24 hours’ notice. If a job is canceled with 24 hours’ notice or less, the customer will still be billed for the total length of time contracted for interpreters.
Holiday & After Hour Times:
After-hours rates apply to any job or portion of a job that occurs outside of our standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Emergency rates apply to any jobs called in with 24 hours’ notice or less.
Holiday rates apply on the following Federal Holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
